At NOCM, We believe in alignment. It is import that all Our members are aligned, most importently, in our belief. And Our belief is unbelievable.

Having conceived of this project in prior years, We have largely worked independently on the various aspects where We individually specialize. Having arrived at the time where the public activity is to begin, We have ensured Our alignment is still present and aligned.
